Special activities
Our special activities are designed to offer children unique and stimulating experiences, promoting their development in key areas such as motor skills, social-emotional development, cognition, and language. They help enrich their educational journey and prepare them for future success.
Bouncy castles
During this special activity, the children had the joy of visiting a colorful bouncy castle. They jumped, laughed, and bounced around enthusiastically, sharing moments of pure fun and camaraderie. This playful experience not only brought them a lot of happiness, but also helped develop their motor skills and self-confidence.
Water Games
We offer a variety of fun and interactive water play activities, including water games, water balloons, a playful car wash station, and sensory water bins. Children also enjoy two large sprinklers, a fire hydrant and a cactus, that make outdoor play exciting and refreshing.
Parachute Games
Parachute games are a fun and interactive group activity where children work together to move a large, colorful parachute in different ways. They build coordination, teamwork, and listening skills while enjoying active and playful movement.
Bubbles
We love bubbles at our daycare: they always bring joy, excitement, and laughter to the children. Whether we are chasing them, popping them, or watching them float through the air, bubble play is a simple activity that creates so much happiness and wonder.
Gas Station
We love dramatic play at our daycare, and one of our favourite outdoor role-play activities is the gas station. It encourages imagination, social interaction, and creativity as children take on different roles and play together.
Flower Shop
We also love playing flower shop, where children enjoy taking on roles, arranging flowers, and creating imaginative exchanges. It is a wonderful activity that encourages creativity, communication, and social interaction through playful learning.
Special Visitors and Visits
We love welcoming members of our community to visit our daycare, including firefighters, nurses, dental hygienists, and Educazoo, who introduces the children to abandoned animals and animals with special needs. These visits give the children meaningful opportunities to learn about different professions, care, and responsibility while building connections with the people who support our community. We also extended our learning through a visit to a local grocery store as part of our food and nutrition theme, helping children explore where food comes from and make real-life connections to healthy eating.
